How we handle it

Florida doesn't really have a pest season — it has a pest calendar, and something is always circled. Big-headed ants ride in on the spring rains, American roaches move indoors when summer storms flood their mulch beds, and spiders follow the bugs. The quarterly plan works because it treats the calendar, not the crisis: we're at your home every three months, adjusting for what Central Florida is throwing at houses that quarter.

Each visit follows the same integrated pest management routine Gus ran for Orange County schools for eleven years. We start outside, because that's where pest problems start: sweeping webs and wasp starts off the eaves, treating entry points at the slab line, granulating the mulch beds where ants nest, and laying a perimeter barrier that pests cross before they ever reach your baseboards. Inside, we treat only where there's evidence or access — under sinks, in the garage, around plumbing penetrations — not a blanket fog through your living room.

And when Florida wins a round anyway — it happens, usually about a week after a tropical storm — you call and we come back free. No 'that'll be a service call.' Re-treats between visits are built into the plan, because a protection plan that charges you when it didn't protect you isn't much of a plan.

Questions we hear about this one

Do I need to be home for quarterly visits?

No. Most of the plan's work happens outside, so we can service the exterior while you're at work and text you the report. We only need someone home if you've asked for interior treatment that visit.

What happens if I see bugs a month after a visit?

You call, we come back, it's free. A quarterly barrier is strong but Florida is stronger sometimes — especially after heavy rain. Re-treats between visits are part of the price, not an upsell.

Is there a contract?

There's an agreement so we both know what's covered, but it isn't a trap: pause or cancel any time with 30 days' notice. About 9 in 10 households stay on the plan year over year, which tells you more than a contract clause would.
