MOSQUITO REDUCTION
For the family whose patio, pool deck, or kids' swing set goes unusable by dusk from May through October — and who doesn't want the fix to take out the butterflies with it.
How we handle it
Mosquito control in Florida is really two jobs, and companies that only do the first one get mediocre results. Job one is the barrier: a targeted treatment of the shaded foliage where adult mosquitoes rest during the day — under hedges, beneath deck lines, in the dense stuff along the fence. Job two is the one that actually bends the curve: finding and eliminating the standing water where the next thousand are hatching. A bottle cap of water can breed mosquitoes; a clogged gutter is a nursery.
Every monthly visit includes both. We treat resting foliage with a precise, low-volume application, then walk the property like an inspector: plant saucers, bromeliads (Florida's favorite hidden nursery), tarp folds, toys, gutters, AC condensate lines, the boat cover. What we can't dump, we treat with a larvicide that targets mosquito larvae specifically and is used in drinking-water reservoirs.
About the pollinators, because it matters to us and probably to you: we don't fog blooming plants, we time applications away from peak bee hours, and we keep the barrier off flowering beds entirely. The goal is a yard where your kids get fewer bites and the zinnias still get their visitors. That trade-off is manageable with care, and care is the whole product.

Will this hurt bees and butterflies?
Our whole application method is built around avoiding that: no treatment on blooming plants, low-volume targeted application instead of broadcast fogging, and timing outside peak forage hours. No honest company will promise zero impact, but this is as careful as the work gets.
How much difference will I actually notice?
Most families report the difference within a week of the first visit — typically a 80–90% reduction in bites on the property. You'll still meet a mosquito occasionally; they fly in from elsewhere. The point is that your yard stops producing its own.
Can you do a one-time treatment before a backyard party?
Yes — we do event treatments 24–48 hours before the date, and they're popular for graduation parties and backyard weddings. One-time treatments are $129 as a standalone or discounted for plan members.
