Privacy policy

Last updated: June 2026

Mockingbird Pest Company, LLC (“Mockingbird,” “we,” “us”) operates this website and provides pest management services in Central Florida. This policy describes what information we collect, why, and what we do — and don't do — with it.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, book a service, or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address, service address, and details about your pest concern. If you become a customer, we also keep service records — what we treated, what products were used, and where — because documentation is part of our IPM protocol and, in some cases, a legal requirement.

Our website collects limited technical data (pages visited, approximate region, device type) through privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone. Ever.

How we use it

We use your information to schedule and perform services, send appointment reminders and visit reports, respond to your questions, and maintain the service history that makes recurring treatment effective. If you opt into our seasonal pest advisories, you can opt out with one click at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers required to run the business — scheduling software, payment processing, and our customer management system — each bound to use your data only for our work. We may disclose information if required by law, such as pesticide application records requested by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.

Your choices

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we're legally required to keep). Email hello@mockingbirdpest.com or call (407) 555-0126 and we'll handle it promptly.

Security & retention

Customer data is stored in access-controlled systems and retained only as long as needed for service history and legal compliance. We keep pesticide application records for the period Florida law requires, then dispose of them securely.
