You'll never be asked to vacate for routine service, and your tech will tell you exactly what went where before they leave.
What does 'school-grade IPM' actually mean?
IPM — integrated pest management — is the protocol public institutions require because it minimizes pesticide use around children by design. It means inspection before treatment, sealing and habitat fixes before chemicals, baits before sprays, and documentation of everything. Gus ran this program for Orange County public schools for 11 years. Mockingbird is that same discipline applied to houses.
