Home base. Our shop sits on Corrine Drive in Audubon Park, which means the neighborhoods we treat first every morning are the ones around it — Colonialtown, the Milk District, Baldwin Park, Delaney Park, College Park. If you're near a brick street and a live oak, you're probably on one of our first three routes of the day.

Orlando's older bungalows are beautiful and porous: pier-and-beam crawlspaces, 1940s cast-iron plumbing penetrations, and settled foundations give American roaches and rodents more doors than a new build. Meanwhile the live oak canopy that makes McKean-era streets so pretty is also a roof-rat highway. We treat both realities every week — crawlspace-aware roach work in Colonialtown, exclusion work under the oaks in College Park.

What Orlando calls us about

  • Palmetto bugs in 1920s–50s bungalows (Colonialtown, Delaney Park)
  • Roof rats traveling oak canopy into attics (College Park, Audubon Park)
  • Big-headed ants after summer rains (Baldwin Park lakefront)
  • Mosquitoes off Lake Underhill and the Greenwood wetlands

Same-day means something when the truck starts ten minutes away. Book by 10 a.m. and an Orlando address almost always sees us before dinner.
